Every item in our shop is carefully handcrafted to order. Because of the artisanal nature of our process, please allow 3 to 5 working days for us to create and prepare your order for shipment.

UK Shipping:
We ship all UK orders via Royal Mail Tracked 48. This service provides you with peace of mind and reliable delivery.

Tracking Your Order:
Once your item has been handcrafted and dispatched, we will update your order confirmation page with a tracking number. You can use this to follow your parcel's journey from our workshop to your door.

14-Day Return Window
We want you to love your handmade purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn or unused, with tags (if applicable), and in its original packaging.
